Following Zack Griffiths’ arrest on 10 April, we have now learned that he informed a family member he was physically mistreated by police officers while in custody.

Zack’s legal team has been informed, and the matter has been noted.

At this stage, we cannot confirm full details — but what we do know is disturbing. No one should experience violence while in the care of the state. The presumption of innocence and the right to safety must be upheld at all times, regardless of charge or circumstance.

We are continuing to monitor this situation and will provide updates as they are cleared through legal channels.
