A year ago, I envisioned a life significantly different from the one I lead today. Our plans to move into a purchased house took an unexpected turn when we decided to embrace the nomadic lifestyle and invest in Mildred, our tourer caravan, where we continue to reside. Simultaneously, a spontaneous decision led us to buy a house at auction in the spring of this year, now on the verge of completion after a transformative renovation.

In the midst of these twists and turns, the past year has been a tapestry of experiences. I’ve faced the pain of losing loved ones and navigated health challenges, each trial contributing to a journey of profound personal growth. Symbolising a newfound authenticity, I embraced a name change, marking a pivotal moment in my quest for self-discovery.

Amidst the unpredictability, I’ve encountered individuals who inspire me beyond words, adding rich hues to the canvas of my life.
